Locate the Mopar Toys wiring harness, probably somewhere close to where it passes by the OBD connector wiring.
Pry open the split loom tubing and expose a few inches of the wiring harness inside. You're going to tap into these wires plus the OBD wire on the OBD connector.
The following wires from the Toys harness get tapped:
